John Wallace Middle School project committee approved three invoices and payments unanimously. The Building Committee voted to approve a $7,082.67 CSG invoice, $100,505.95 in project change order credits from PCOs 94, 95, and 96, and $68,864.45 for Application for Payment 16.

CT NEWINGTON — John Wallace Middle School project committee approved three invoices and payments unanimously. The Building Committee voted to approve a $7,082.67 CSG invoice, $100,505.95 in project change order credits from PCOs 94, 95, and 96, and $68,864.45 for Application for Payment 16. According to CSG Project Manager Henry Boers, the project is at the finish line.
Construction Manager Tom DiMauro reported the school is almost complete, with closeout expected within the next month or two.
