CT NEWINGTON — The John Wallace Middle School Project Building Committee approved $123,613 in final invoices as construction nears completion. Chairman Stephen Woods and four members met via Zoom on September 17 to advance a CSG invoice of $7,082.67 and Newfield Construction's Application for Payment Number 15 totaling $116,530.48, both approved unanimously. Project manager Henry Boers reported the work is at the finish line, while architect Bob Roach and construction manager Tom DiMauro confirmed punch list resolution and trade contract closeout are underway.
