EMS Committee · Meeting of October 15, 2026
CT NEWINGTON — EMS Committee reviewed American Medical Response summer performance and found compliance shortfalls. Chair Ed Noivo and the committee examined April-September 2026 response time data, identifying priority 2 rates below the 90 percent target in June (82.8 percent), July (82.6 percent), and August (88.9 percent) driven by higher call volume. Priority 1 compliance remained above 90 percent.
Kate Citta was assigned to investigate a priority 1 call from April 20 with a response time exceeding 25 minutes.
